Basically the details are up to 90% financing on an investment property with qualifications being normal income qualifications, plus they will use 80% of the rental income! According to our in-house mortgage specialists, this is the first time in his twenty-eight year mortgage financing career that he has seen 90% financing on investment properties! This product is driven by a 660 beacon score (credit rating).

There is also a decline in rates again! 5 year rate today is 5.05% and variable rates are 1 below prime for a period of five years! What a fabulous time to invest in real estate!
